What is monday.com?

monday.com is a Work OS — boards, timelines and automations that put projects, workflows and cross-team collaboration on one platform. Its strengths are visibility and flexibility: marketing calendars, project delivery and IT request queues can all be built with the same no-code building blocks.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on scope. A single team’s workflow can usually go live within a few weeks; cross-department rollouts with integrations run as "one workflow first, then expand". We start with a workflow audit and give you a staged plan instead of one big-bang project.

Can it integrate with Salesforce or our existing systems?

Yes — and this is our biggest differentiator. EKel is both a Salesforce consultancy (CTA-led) and an agentic-coding engineering team: data sync, triggers and custom apps between monday.com and Salesforce, ERP or internal systems are designed and built in-house, with no second vendor needed.

How do we buy monday.com licences?

monday.com is subscription-based, priced per seat. You can subscribe directly with monday.com, or bring your team size and use case to a consultation — we will recommend the right plan and seat allocation so you don’t over-buy on day one.

Do you provide implementation and training in Chinese?

Yes. Discovery, workflow design and training are run in Traditional Chinese with zh-TW documentation; English versions are available for international teams. After go-live we stay through an adoption period so the tool actually gets used — not abandoned as yet another system.
