1. Scope and changes

These Terms apply to all users accessing the Site through any device. We may revise these Terms at any time; the revised version takes effect when posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, case studies, articles, trademarks, logos, layout, code, structure and visual presentation — is owned by EKel or our licensors and is protected under the copyright and trademark laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and applicable international treaties.

Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly transmit, publicly display, rent, lend, or otherwise commercially use Site content. Permitted fair use includes:

• Personal, non-commercial browsing and reading;
• Sharing article links on social media or in your own writing with attribution;
• Quoting short excerpts from insight articles with full source attribution (URL + article title).

Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site (Salesforce, Agentforce, Claude, Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS, Google, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used here only as factual references or to describe partnership relationships.

3. AI-assisted content

Some Site content (e.g. early drafts of insight articles, supporting visual assets) may be produced with generative AI assistance. All publicly released content is reviewed, edited and approved by EKel staff, and EKel takes responsibility for its accuracy and appropriateness.

Insight articles, case studies and general descriptive content on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice for your specific situation. Please do not make business decisions solely on the basis of Site content; contact us for tailored evaluation.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, intrude upon, disrupt or damage the Site, our servers or related infrastructure;
• Use automated tools (crawlers, bots) to scrape Site content at scale, except for legitimate search-engine indexing per robots.txt;
• Misrepresent your identity, provide false information, or impersonate others when using contact forms;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code from the Site;
• Use any interactive feature to distribute spam, advertising, malware or inappropriate content.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services or resources (e.g. LinkedIn, Salesforce AppExchange, partner sites). These resources are not operated or controlled by EKel, and we accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate any part of the Site at any time, without notice and without liability. Within reasonable and lawful limits, we may also restrict specific users' access.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EKel makes no express or implied warranty as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EKel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of business, profits or data) arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site.

8. Privacy and cookies

Personal data submitted via the Site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy; cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy. Both documents form part of these Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
