Do we have to use Orchard ourselves?

No. Orchard is EKel’s internal delivery platform. You receive conventional Salesforce configuration, standard code, documentation and decision records; your team can maintain them with or without us.

Why is it cheaper without being worse?

Human effort is the biggest cost in delivery. Agents take on the repetitive configuration, code, migration and testing work, while senior architects keep the design and approval. Less human time per delivery is what lets us quote a lower fixed price for the same acceptance criteria.

How do we know the quality is real?

Every release comes with the acceptance tests it passed, the review record and an audit trail. You can inspect the evidence instead of trusting a status report, and a Certified Technical Architect signs off before anything reaches production.

What happens after go-live?
